Visual Arts Preschool


Upon acceptance, the $65 registration fee is due to hold the student’s place.  The $65 registration fee is a one-time fee for all new students.  The tuition will be due by the first of each month, beginning with September 1st, 2017 and going through May 1st, 2018.  Payments may be made using cash, check, credit card via our online system.  Payments in full for the entire school will receive a 5% discount if made by July 1, 2017.   

Drop off and Pick up - and Late Pickup Fees:

We have three different classrooms, each with their own arrival and pick up time.  They stagger from 8:30am-12:30pm, 8:45am-12:45pm, and 9:00am-1:00pm.  Doors open at the start time (not before) and we expect parents to be present at the finishing time.  Unless efforts have been made to communicate a specific problem in arriving on time, we will charge a $10.00 per 10-minutes after the pick up time fee for late pick up penalty.

We offer rolling admission throughout the year. If you are interested in this current school year or next, please contact us to see if there is room and/or to put your child on our waiting list for the following year.  We typically solidify next years enrollment by March 1st of the current year.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
One month’s notice is required to withdraw your child from our program without payment penalty. If one month prior is not possible, a full or partial tuition refund may be given if extenuating circumstances require your child to be withdrawn from our program. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.  Please note: the Registration Fee and Materials Fee are non-refundable.
